Reveal is a travel lifestyle magazine that celebrates hidden gems and personal discoveries in cities like Copenhagen, Brugge, and Philadelphia. Designed and photographed entirely by me, the first edition invites readers to slow down and notice the beauty in the everyday. Rather than spotlighting tourist traps or trending locations, Reveal focuses on the subtle, meaningful moments that often go unnoticed—like a handwritten menu at a tucked-away café or a quiet park bench with a perfect view. It’s about the stories behind the places and the emotions they evoke. With original illustrations, thoughtful layouts, and a companion website, Reveal guides curious travelers to uncover the magic just beneath the surface.
I created this publication to challenge the way we approach travel. In an age where Pinterest itineraries dominate, Reveal encourages readers to ditch the pre-set lists and discover places that aren’t on the algorithm. Travel isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about stumbling onto the unexpected and making it your own. Reveal aims to reignite that sense of curiosity and help readers create their own adventures, one hidden gem at a time.
